Neue Nationalgalerie Berlin – Works from 1968 – 2000 Mattheuer and Tübke

The Neue Nationalgalerie Berlin is currently presenting its holdings of works from 1968 – 2000 under the title “Expansion of the Combat Zone”. These include the 1:10 design for the Peasants’ War panorama in Bad Frankenhausen by Werner Tübke and the paintings “Ein weites Feld” (1973) and “Die Ausgezeichnete” (1973/74) by Wolfgang Mattheuer, as well as the bronze “Gesichtzeigen” (1981).
