On the occasion of the 100. On the occasion of Bernhard Heisig’s 100th birthday, the Museum of Fine Arts is organizing a cabinet exhibition dedicated to the painter and co-founder of the Leipzig School. The exhibition focuses on the extensive holdings of paintings and prints from the museum’s own collection, which were supplemented in 2009 by permanent loans from the Peter and Irene Ludwig Foundation.
The exhibition will be on display from March 20 to June 9, 2025.
