In memory of the Peasants’ War events of May 14 and 15, 1525 near Frankenhausen, part of the state exhibition “freiheyt 1525. 500 Jahre Bauernkrieg” is being held at the Panorama Museum Bad Frankenhausen under the title “Der Welt Lauf”. The exhibition focuses on the art-historical examination of contemporary historical sources and their artistic treatment in the monumental painting by Werner Tübke.
The exhibition runs from May 11 to August 17, 2025
