The fourth exhibition in the Ludwig in Leipzig series at the Museum der bildenden Künste Leipzig is dedicated to the art of the 1980s in the GDR with works from the Ludwig Collection. Since 2009, a large collection of paintings and sculptures from the GDR has been on permanent loan to the Museum der bildenden Künste Leipzig from the Ludwig Collection.
