1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The following General Terms and Conditions of Galerie Schwind apply to all orders placed via our online store https://galerie-schwind.myshopify.com and/or http://galerieschwind.superhappydesign.de//shop/. Our online store is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 BGB). 4. TERMS OF DELIVERY
Shipping costs will be added to the indicated product prices. If the customer wishes the order to be delivered to a country outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred which must be borne by the customer. These may include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions or import duties such as customs duties or taxes.
Orders are delivered exclusively by mail to the delivery address specified by the customer. Depending on the order, this may be with Deutsche Post, Hermes or GO! logistics. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself. We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. PAYMENT AND PRICES
The prices quoted in the store are total prices that include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices.

If you select prepayment as your payment method, you will find our bank details in the order summary window or in the order confirmation that we automatically send you by email after you have completed your order. Follow the link contained therein to your invoice. The goods will be delivered after receipt of payment.

Enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal
In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
6. RESERVATION OF TITLE
The goods remain the property of Galerie Schwind GmbH until payment has been made in full.
7. TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
